We have worked with Shell Canada (Resources), to develop and facilitate a process of discovery to address issues identified with Shell's current operations training system. We have set them on a path to a new goal: OPERATIONS COMPETENCY ASSURANCE. By placing learning and training within this new context, Shell will be raising the bar to become "best in class."
